I will NEVER do this again!!

Not being a techie, I have been struggling with some of the finer points of website creation in getting this project off the ground. And I have made a resolution.

I am NEVER going to do it all myself again!

I plan to strike up a deal with a good web developer, tell him what I want and let him get on with it. I think I need to highlight this whole subject of delegation more in the Online Sales Manager website. There is a good lesson in there for the small business owner. Unless you are using an extremely intuitive Sitebuilder such as Sitesell you need to delegate the heavy lifting.

Your experetise is best used on your business. Once you fully understand the concepts of Virtual Real Estate that we discuss in Online Sales Manager then you have all the knowledge to delegate effectively.
